I’m Jess, an east coast native chasing my dreams of owning a business that helps people transform their mindset around food, body image, and wellness one habit at a time.
Nutrition and healthy living came into my life after college, and I quickly dove head first into learning everything I could about optimizing my health. That turned into an obsessive mindset that limited the way I was living my life and perfectionism that kept me from valuing my body, mind, and strength as it was. I became highly stressed in all areas of my life, and I tried to control myself with the “perfect” diet and exercise routine.
Now, my experience of finding my way back to balance and dispelling beliefs that kept me in a cycle of constant burnout to my coaching practice to help other women looking for someone who’s been in their shoes. My certifications in functional nutrition meet new perspectives from my most recent training at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. It addresses weight, binge eating, overeating, body image challenges, and various nutrition-related health concerns.
