Originally from the midwest, I call New Mexico my home where I have raised my children, have a teaching career, hike, bike and believe we are all deserving of great health and a fulfilling, joyful experience in our bodies. I have a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and have specific expertise in the areas of Physical Education, Gifted Education, Parenting and living with Diabetes. My background in health, nutrition and my own health challenges and past eating issues gives me unique insight to help you!
