Heather Henniger has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She is passionate about helping others on their journey to create happier and healthier lives. Heather believes true health and wellness occurs when we address the entire person; body, mind, spirit, and emotions. When we do so, we are more likely to have long-term, sustainable transformation in areas such as weight, digestion, over eating habits and body image.
Heather’s unique approach incorporates what she has learned from her own personal experiences with stress, tragedy, and health/weight issues. She combines these life-lessons with the powerful tools she has learned from the leaders in Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology, providing clients science-based and compassionate guidance.
A dedicated life-long learner, Heather holds a BS in Business from CU, is a Behavioral Nutrition Educator, Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Nia Instructor, and Zumba Teacher.
