Cyndi’s own struggles with food allergies, paralyzing self-doubt, loss of confidence, and lack of enthusiasm, left her desperate to create more joy and satisfaction in her life. Transitioning away from mostly wheat and dairy-based foods sparked a renewal that infused her life with energy. She discovered the ease with which transformation can happen when you have the tools and support of coaching, and now feels passionate about helping women create healthier, happier, more empowered lives.
Now – as a graduate of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating – she helps women who have weight & eating challenges, body image issues, digestive problems, fatigue, or low energy to transform their lives from exhausted and striving to energized and thriving!
