Connie is combining her BA in Psychology with her love of nutrition and training as a Whole Health Educator and now a Certified Mind Body Eating Coach by the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. As a coach, I look to support others with nutrition principles that are nourishing, doable, sustainable and that yield results. Eating and health issues become a place of exploration where we find connections between our unwanted food, body and health challenges and the rest of our lives – as stress, our environment, thoughts, timing and pace can affect our digestion, energy, immunity and well being. Offering free initial intake sessions in person, tea included!
