From the start of my first diet at 18, I have always been very worried, anxious, even obsessed with my weight – either that I wanted to lose it or was afraid to regain it. It accompanied me and colored my whole life until I decided that I had better things to do with my life than constantly torture and control myself. It was a long road before I managed to free myself from this weight. I’ve always wanted to work in this field and help others take back the power of their lives by ending the dieting hell. It was with this in mind that I gave up my legal career to become a coach (Certified Linkup Coaching Coach, level 7 at RNCP (Bac + 5) then a professional Mind Body Eating Coach from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating whose tools gave me the confidence to help others.
