Britt Felix, MS is a certified Eating Psychology Coach who is passionate about helping her clients have a happier and healthier relationship with food and body. With an extensive background in holistic nutrition, mind-body practices, fitness, and culinary arts, Britt brings a blend of knowledge, experience, and intuition into her coaching practice.
She herself dealt with disordered eating for 14 years and knows firsthand how it feels to disconnect from and disrespect your body, the extreme highs and lows of dieting, and the perils of over-exercising. She is fueled by her own past struggle to help other women who are battling to break free from the fight and step into their light and authenticity.
