Asiyah was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a degree in Gender and Women’s Studies from UC Berkeley. Asiyah is a doula and childbirth educator. She pursued eating phycology after the birth of her third child when her eating and body image struggles that had been following her throughout her life became more unbearable. She knew she couldn’t be the only postpartum woman struggling so much with her changing relationship with food and her body, so she began her journey of personal healing and wants to help as many other people heal their relationships with food and body along the way as possible.
