Angela Doss

Angela Doss is a psychotherapist (AMFT), a Functional Nutritional Therapist (FNTP), and an IPE-certified Mind Body Eating Psychology practitioner. She helps people with food and eating challenges achieve their goals by supporting them to rediscover a nourishing, integrative, and resilient relationship with self, body, environment, and purpose.
Her own transformative journey began with a near-death diagnosis of autoimmune type 1 diabetes at age 26. Ensuing challenges, supports, and self-realizations set her upon her current path of growth, gratitude, and service to others via a variety of roles — as counselor, group facilitator, educator, creator, coach, mentor, and activist for social change and soil regeneration.
Her areas of focus include somatic awareness, trauma recovery, food relationship, and mindfulness practice. Angela received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles with specializations in Applied Community Psychology and Spiritual & Depth Psychology. She received her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
