As a Massage Therapist and Mind Body Eating Coach I am passionate about supporting people on their wellness journey.
Over the last 8 years through my practice and personal experience I have seen the impact life stressors can have on the body and the mind. This has led to an avid interest in nutrition, food and life style factors and how the choices we make impact on our health and wellbeing.
I am particularly interested in why we continue to make choices we know don’t serve us and how increasing awareness and recognising patterns of behaviour can have a powerful impact on the ability to make long term positive changes.
I enjoy working holistically with clients to enhance their
body awareness and explore their unique story to help them achieve their individual goals.
