It’s Never Too Late

Finally, after my whole adult life, I can now say that I am in the best health of my life, thus far. This is most meaningful to me, not only for my own health, but also to impart my knowledge to others who are struggling with dietary and health issues. This turning point came to me about 4 1/2 years ago, at age 52, when I had had enough of “why do I feel this way, why do I have so many ailments?” Through reading excellent books out there that brought wonderful, up to date knowledge on a healthy mind, body and soul, I realized quickly that I could make changes to my lifestyle that were doable and sustainable. This turning point was a real game changer for me, as all of my ailments started to quickly go away. Whenever I get off track with my dietary needs, I quickly notice how some of those ailments start coming back, and that just gets me right back on track, as I want to feel me best…all the time!

When I see others that are obviously suffering from dietary and health issues, I just want to give them a big hug, tell them they are beautiful just the way they are, and there is a way out of their own struggles, and that I can help them. What gets these people in trouble with diet and health, I can relate to as I had many of these issues. Poor, outdated information that is still considered correct information, is the the culprit. I need and want to get the updated information out to the masses, as we have a health epidemic in this world. If I could speak to a large social media, I would say, there is updated information to the old standby information of “low fat, low cholesterol”, which has led this country, USA in particular, into extremely poor health. I want to help these folks to a happier, healthier version of their mind, body and soul!
