I believe health is a process and a wonderful journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. So far, my journey has included eczema, psoriasis, allergies, difficult periods, learning uniqueness, infertility issues, weight fluctuations, Candida over growth and cataracts. To understand what these conditions were and are trying to tell me, I have taken many classes and have gotten my Reikki I and II atonement and certifications along with certifications from The Institute For The Physiology of eating and the Institute Of Nutrition. Through using food, attitude and energy as medicine have developed a passion for self-improvement and health. My speciality is teaching people that a gluten free and dairy free lifestyle is easy fun and delicious.
