I am a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE) and Certified Holistic Health Coach (IIN). I have been in the fitness industry since 1991 and have harnessed personal binge eating disorder therapy over the last few decades. IPE has put the finishing touches on my training and understanding of emotional eating, chronic dieting and body image issues. My work is predominantly with women seeking improved holistic health, fitness and overall wellness.
